Trex® Decking and Railing

Cedar

Pressure Treated

Also known as Wolmanized lumber, southern yellow pine treated with rot resistant chemicals. It can be painted or stained to increase its longevity.

HOA

We will take care of all your HOA modification request forms. If we need any signatures, we will reach out.

Permits

We apply for all permits and manage the process from application to final inspection.

Project Management

Your salesperson is your project manager. We pride ourselves on efficiency and open communication from quote to completion. If any questions come up during any part of the process, we are here to talk!

Removal of an existing deck

We take care of the removal of all the deck debris from the property.

Construction

All of our builders are trained to build the same way. It is our way of ensuring that our decks are always built with incredible quality. We incorporate Helical Piers to keep your deck from sinking or heaving.
